To maintain the integrity and appearance of your Gilded Nautilus t-shirt, machine wash in cold water with like colors. Do not bleach. Dry on low heat and remove promptly from the dryer to prevent wrinkles.

Gilded Nautilus t-shirts are created with a deep commitment to sustainability, craftsmanship, and quality.
Each shirt begins with SoftShirts®, made from 100% Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified organic combed ring-spun cotton and sewn in a WRAP Certified facility. These shirts are dyed using Bluesign® Certified Sustainable dyes, ensuring minimal environmental impact and responsible production practices.

Gilded Nautilus partners with Print Natural, a sustainable print shop that brings original, copyrighted coastal artwork to life using 100% organic indigo ink. The indigo pigment is sourced from a farm in South India that follows sustainable agricultural methods. After the indigo extraction process, wastewater and composted leaves are returned to the soil to enrich future crops. Both the indigo and ink used by Print Natural are GOTS certified organic.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Domestic returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Returns are not accepted on sale items and gift cards.
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To begin a return or exchange, contact us at team@gildednautilus.com. Once approved, we’ll send instructions for how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

By not offering free return shipping, we encourage thoughtful purchasing. Every return impacts both small businesses and the environment. We work hard to ensure our products and shipping materials are sustainably sourced, and we ask customers to join us in reducing waste. Please check your measurements and review our size guides before ordering.
If an item doesn’t fit perfectly or isn’t quite what you envisioned, consider gifting it to someone you love before returning it. Responsible decision-making is part of the Gilded Nautilus philosophy.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is approved. To start a return or exchange, contact us at team@gildednautilus.com. International orders cannot be exchanged.

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at team@gildednautilus.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the posting.

As a small business based on Florida’s Gulf Coast, we process orders within 5–7 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m., on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During major weather events such as hurricanes, processing and response times may be delayed.

We ship using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the continental United States.
