Refund policy
Domestic Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, contact us at team@gildednautilus.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away at team@gildednautilus.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return is approved. To begin an exchange, contact us at team@gildednautilus.com. International orders cannot be exchanged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
